IB Questions and Complaints Procedure
From time to time a parent/legal guardian or student may have questions or concerns that they may want to bring to the attention of the appropriate school personnel. The following procedure will be followed:
- Any inquiries, comments or complaints involving the Primary Years Program (PYP) that arise in relation to a student’s academic environment should be brought to the attention of the classroom teacher. These will be addressed in a timely manner.
- Concerns that arise of a personal nature should be addressed to the school counselor.
- In all instances, please contact the IB coordinator
- If the issue is still unresolved, a meeting with the classroom teacher, IB coordinator and principal will be scheduled in a timely manner.
